2.Reason for the donation:Due to changes in circumstances, Y2011 donation has remained intact and inexecutable. Upholding the late founder Mr. Y. Z. Hsu’s spitit of “taken from the community, giving back to the society”, the Company proposed to make a present of this donation totaled NT$31,599,107 given to the Far Eastern Memorial Foundation to proportionally support the construction expenditure of “International Conference Center Zone”.
